Curie Preschool — South Riding
Curie Preschool's South Riding campus provides a nurturing, engaging learning environment for children from 18 months through Kindergarten. Our programs are built around Curie's own STEAM++ Curriculum and strengthened by research-based early childhood resources and practices, including STREAMin³ in applicable Early Preschool, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms.

Curie Preschool has been serving Northern Virginia families since 2013, beginning with our South Riding campus. The South Riding campus provides welcoming classrooms with age-appropriate learning centers, spaces for hands-on exploration, books and literacy materials, art and creative materials, building and manipulatives, and indoor and outdoor learning experiences.

Daily experiences vary by age group, classroom, and schedule option and may include purposeful learning centers, literacy, mathematics, science and inquiry, art, music and movement, outdoor/gross-motor activity, meals and snacks as applicable, rest for applicable Full-Day children, STEAM++ curriculum experiences, and child choice.
Families provide a packed lunch. Our campus maintains a nut-aware environment.

Curie Preschool is an official Candidate for Accreditation with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

The South Riding campus participates in VQB5, Virginia's statewide quality measurement and improvement system for early childhood programs.
Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program
The South Riding campus participates in the Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program. Eligible families may be able to use approved subsidy benefits toward qualifying care. Eligibility and benefit determinations are made through the applicable state and local program processes. Contact us to learn more.
