Career Opportunities

Teaching at Curie is more than a job — it is the chance to shape the years that matter most.

Work somewhere that works for you

At Curie Preschool, we believe the adults in the building matter just as much as the children in the classrooms. We hire people who are curious, caring, and committed — and we work hard to make sure they want to stay.

Why work at Curie?

Credentialed colleagues

You will work alongside educators who take their craft seriously — many hold degrees or credentials in early childhood education and are always learning.

Low teacher-to-child ratios

Small class sizes mean you can actually know each child. You will have the space to build real relationships and do your best work every day.

Ongoing professional development

We invest in our team through training, workshops, and support for continuing education — because growing teachers grow great kids.

A team that has your back

Curie is a place where staff look out for each other. Leadership is accessible, communication is open, and you will never feel like you are on your own.

Roles we hire for

Lead Teacher

Plan and deliver daily learning experiences for a classroom of young children, building relationships with families and guiding assistant staff.

Assistant Teacher

Support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging classroom environment and help children thrive throughout the day.

Floater / Support Staff

Move between classrooms as needed, providing coverage and extra hands wherever the day calls for them.

Summer Camp Counselor

Lead hands-on activities and outdoor exploration for our Summer Enrichment Camp, serving children ages 18 months through 8 years.

What we look for

Early childhood education background

A relevant credential, degree, or coursework in ECE is a plus — and if you are working toward one, we want to hear from you.

Genuine warmth with children

You light up around kids. You are patient, playful, and present — and children can feel it.

Reliability

Families count on us to be there every day. We look for people who show up consistently and take that responsibility seriously.

Clear communication with families

You are comfortable sharing updates, asking questions, and building trust with the parents and caregivers we serve.
